barre sculpt
Our founder’s personal favorite class! Barre movements and pacing provide the foundation, while heavier weights than our normal barre class provide the muscle mami/papi muscles. This class takes barre movements and cranks up the intensity. This is considered in the top 2 of our most challenging classes.
Bootcamp
A circuit-training-based class that focuses on strength, cardio, and core work. This heart rate elevating class will host 2-4 circuits with short breaks in between. This highly scalable class is perfect for all fitness levels. Free gift with purchase: your own personal sweat puddle! YAY!

Mat Pilates
This low-impact, high-intensity, heated class stars our new bestie: the Hero Board! We’ll use the Hero Board, bands, pilates rings, and weights to enhance stability, improve posture, and build strong lean muscle in a room heated in between 83 and 89 degrees. Don’t forget your grippy socks or purchase a pair of cute new ones at the front! This class is considered one of our most challenging classes and requires a doctor’s note for anyone hoping to practice during pregnancy.
barre
Ballet-inspired movements fuse with pilates-style strength training to form this unique barre class. Each class is comprised of a warm up, followed by a series of sequences to fatigue the entire body, and ends with a cool-down. If you haven’t been to Vegas in a while, these classes will transport you there with our killer playlists!
open gym
Wanna pop in some headphones and fight your demons on your own? Similar to a traditional globo-gym, come get whatever workout you want to in during our open gym hours! Book any one of the time slots on the schedule and stay as long as you would like or until the end of open gym hours ;-)
after dark
One Friday night each month Pulse will host our After Dark series. This monthly special event will offer a variety of event types ranging from self-defense to pop, lock, and dropping it. Check our IG for more info on the next event!
